CMC Triggers proudly stands as the pioneering creator of the renowned Drop-in Trigger Group designed for the AR-15/10 rifle, a legacy that commenced in 2003. Distinguished by our unrivaled expertise, we employ a distinctive machining process to craft the critical sear engagement surfaces, resulting in an unmatched combination of impeccable surface finish and meticulous dimensional control.
Unlike our competitors, who often rely on EDMing techniques that yield a lackluster 32 RMS surface finish, our methodology establishes a remarkable 1-2 RMS surface finish—equivalent to a flawless mirror with an impeccable 0 RMS rating.
Flat Bow vs Curved Bow. Which is better?
Trigger design is a matter of user preference. Both designs will perform well. The big difference between the two shapes is finger engagement with the trigger. A flat bow has more surface area and will give you a more consistent engagement with the trigger regardless of hand size. The result is a more consistent pull every time without as much emphasis on where you position your finger on the trigger. This can also make the flat bow trigger “feel” lighter. However, if you have a lot of experience with a traditional GI style trigger, a curved bow maybe best for you.
