Order Fulfillment & Packaging Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented person to join our growing team! As an order fulfillment and packaging specialist you will be responsible for packaging products for resale, pulling products for orders and maintaining proper inventory levels across our systems.

Job duties:

  • Package orders for ground and freight shipping
  • Package firearms and accessories in retail packaging
  • Take accurate physical inventory counts
  • Inspect parts and components for quality
  • Update digital inventory sheet
  • Process online orders (print shipping labels, update order status)

Requirements/Skills:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older and be able to pass a criminal background investigation
  • Must be able to work in a non-airconditioned warehouse facility
  • Enthusiasm for our products and firearms in general
  • Willingness and eagerness to learn our product inside and out
  • Strong teamwork and the ability to cooperate and work with others
  • Task-driven, goal-oriented focus
  • Time management skills
  • Detail oriented and attentiveness
  • General computer (PC) and website savvy (e-mail, Google docs, Google sheets, etc.)

Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for an energetic and empathetic person to join our growing team! As a customer support specialist you will be the front line of customer communication and responsible for delivering an incredible experience all the way from pre-sale questions through post purchase follow-up questions and tech support.

An avid love of all things firearms is highly desired!

Job duties:

  • Provide timely, relevant and helpful answers to customer questions via email, chat and telephone
  • Update customer details in our online support tool, Helpscout
  • Process online retail orders (print shipping labels, update order status, communicate with customers)
  • Manage warranties and returns
  • Occasionally help with order fulfillment

Requirements/Skills:

Firearm Assembly Technician

As an firearm assembly technician you will be responsible for assembling firearms from individual components. This role does not require any prior experience as a gunsmith or armorer. We will provide all of the required training. You just need to bring a willingness to learn!

Job duties:

  • Assemble firearms from parts and components
  • Inspect incoming parts and components for quality
  • Inspecting assembled firearms for adherence to our high-quality standards
  • Ability to maintain a consistent build time and output
  • May occasionally assist in packaging individual components and accessories

Requirements/Skills:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older and be able to pass a criminal background investigation
  • Must be able to work in a non-airconditioned warehouse facility
