We’re looking for an experienced community manager to be our brand voice on social platforms and help grow our digital community!

We’re looking for someone that lives and breathes social media! The type of person that keeps up with all the latest trends, memes, influencers, styles and ā€œjust knowsā€ what works on social media. This person must have excellent written communication skills.

Direct experience in the firearms industry is not required but you must have an unwavering support for the 2nd Amendment and be a passionate firearms enthusiast!

Job duties:

  • Be our brand voice – interacting with consumers via our social accounts
  • Post as our brand on social networks, responsible for posts, replies and general written content
  • Develop on-brand written content
  • Collaborate with content creators and strategists to develop amazing social content
  • Execute content strategies into creative social posts
  • Find new ways to engage the digital community
  • Grow and recruit more community members for the brand, across social and digital platforms
  • Collaborate with content creators to own the content calendar
  • Provide recommendations for improvement of strategy and content
  • Keep up to date with industry and broader trends and new technologies and channels
  • Research, source and find the best content creators and influencers to align with our brand
  • Assist with photo/video shoots to maximize return on assets and ensure they are on-brand and authentic – building on brand equity
  • Develop copy for email campaigns

Requirements/Skills and Nice To Haves:

  • A passion for firearms!
  • 2+ years of experience copywriting, developing, and creating for digital/social/editorial
  • A BSC or BA degree (Marketing or Business) is an advantage
  • Innate sense of ā€œwhat worksā€ on social media; and experience using social platforms

We’re looking for someone that’s a digital Jack or Jill of all trades: SEO, SEM, paid channels, e-mail, conversion rate optimization, affiliate marketing and website analytics. Someone that has experience doing the work and getting incredible results!

This person must be highly analytical and be able develop and implement tests in a rapid fashion. Experience managing a e-commerce website with millions in sales is a must.

Job duties:

  • Grow DTC digital sales in a meaningful way
  • Own our primary eCommerce sales channels: website, Gunbroker, Amazon, e-Bay, etc.
  • Develop and optimize a diversified channel strategy
  • Recommend and implement best practices on-page organic search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Ability to formulate and plan A/B testing, customer segmentation and personalization efforts
  • Carefully analyze web performance; evaluate and interpret performance-related KPIs
  • Craft profitable e-mail marketing campaigns
  • Research, identify and propose relevant paid marketing campaigns
  • Prepare accurate reports and with clearly synthesized insights and actionable next steps
  • Continuously propose and implement optimizations and tests at a rapid pace
  • Collaborate with creative team to maximize return on social media efforts
  • Research creative, market trends, and competition to ensure we are competitive in the market
  • Stay up to date on relevant industry trends, new digital products, and best practices
