It is a beautiful piece of machinery. Very clean look without the forward assist and dust cover. FYI – In all the years I’ve owned/shot ARs – I’ve never had to use the forward assist. Includes time with M16 in Army.
Mounted a Vortex Strike Eagle 1-8 Scope, 2 point sling, zeroed and ran a local 2 gun competition with it a few weekends ago. It ran flawlessly, I hit every target I aimed at (1 Shot- 1 hit). Nothing to criticize.
Nice thing about the lighter weight! Noticeably easier/quicker to maneuver and run between shooting stations.
I may mount an Odin Works XMR2 Extended Mag Release. Works great with my shorter fingers…..
