Quickly and easily upgrade your UDP-9 (or most any AR-15 firearm) by dropping in the ambidextrous Talon safety selector from Radian Weapons. The modular design can be installed as a standard 90° or as a 45° short throw by simply rotating the shaft 180° inside the lower receiver. The Talon is super easy to install using a dovetail interface and spring-loaded retention stud – no screws to come loose or break!

Very easy install. It took me 10 minutes without reading any instructions to install. The short throw makes flicking the safety on and off very effortless now. I replaced a colt ambi safety and I feel this radian is worth the upgrade.

When I installed the new safety in the 45 degree throw position and put the larger handle on the right and the smaller on the left. I can easily on the right with my trigger finger and on the left with my thumb. Almost like a cross bolt safety which is what I was accustomed to prior to my UDP-9.
