The HuxWrx Rad 9 Suppressor represents the cutting-edge in firearm sound suppression technology. It is lightweight and modular, designed with our revolutionary OSS Flow-Baffle® technology that significantly reduces gas blowback without losing the high performance of your pistol.

The suppressor’s effectiveness is noticeable from the very first shot, thanks to the innovative Flow-Baffle® design derived from our patented and proven OSS Flow-Through® technology. It ensures expanding gases are directed away from the bore-line and strategically guided forward through the suppressor, away from the shooter.

HuxWrx Torque Lock System

The Rad 9 features the patented HUXWRX Torque Lock system, a tool-less locking mechanism that guarantees a secure mount onto the HUXWRX QD muzzle device. This suppressor is hearing safe as it maintains a ten-shot average sound pressure level at the shooter’s ear under 140 dB during the barrel’s lifetime. Notably, it boasts a full-auto rating, ensuring it passes the stringent USSOCOM Reliability Stress Test.

Minimal POI shift

Designed with precision in mind, HUXWRX Suppressors offer a minimal and repeatable point of impact (POI) shift that meets military specifications worldwide. The Rad 9 is available in long and short configurations to suit your specific needs, with lengths of 7.7″ and 5.15″, and weights of 9.1 oz. and 5.9 oz respectively.

Suppressor Performance

In the longer Rad 9 configuration, decibel measurements are as follows:

Muzzle: 129 dB, Right Ear: 138 dB, and Left Ear: 131 dB.

These measurements were taken using the Brüel & Kjær 3052 meter, a GLOCK 19 Gen 5 gun, CCI Blazer Brass 147 gr Ammo, in a Utah Desert environment, following the TOP 3-2-045 test specification.
