Anderson County Selects Vanquish 9

Angstadt Arms is proud to announce it has been awarded a firearm contract by the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office, serving Anderson, South Carolina

The contract equips the local agency’s SWAT team with advanced firearms designed to enhance officer safety and reduce the risks associated with overpenetration in densely populated urban environments.

The Anderson County Sheriff’s Office sought a compact, suppressed 9mm rifle capable of maneuvering seamlessly in confined spaces while providing ample rail space for essential accessories like flashlights. The rifle also needed to withstand demanding training sessions without overheating or compromising performance.

Unlike traditional suppressors, the Vanquish 9 boasts a patented baffle-free design that redirects gases forward, channeling them through the barrel immediately after the bullet exits.

This innovation not only keeps the suppressor cooler for longer periods but also protects the shooter by preventing toxic fumes from blowing back toward them.
