The SCW stock was born out of our work on the U.S. Army sub compact weapon (SCW) trials. In order to meet the overall length requirement of 15″, we needed to dramatically shorten the buffer tube

The result is a shortened bolt carrier and receiver extension that allows the buffer tube to shrink from 7″ to just 2.5″
